You will have immediate access to most components of your order including the actual certificate courses if you have an account on our platform. If you do not have an account, you must create an account to gain access to any of the components purchased as part of your order. There may be other components of your order (e.g., CME certificate) that are dependent on you completing certain requirements on our platform (e.g., successfully passing the corresponding course quiz and complete the CME evaluation form). You will not receive these components until successful completion of these requirements. There may be yet other components of your order (e.g., full-sized certificate) that are manually produced and require you to submit a request for processing. We will fulfill requests for these components within 2–3 business days of receipt of the request. Orders are not processed from Friday at 12:00 pm EST through Sunday 12:00 am EDT and on holidays.
