We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund. Please see below for more information on our refund and cancellation policy.
We will process a full refund if requested within 30-days of purchase for any course packages for which customer has not completed the course quiz and earned the corresponding certificate card. Additionally, we will process a full refund within 30-days of purchase for any course package for which customer has completed the course quiz and earned the corresponding certificate card if proof of rejection/non-acceptance from a healthcare institution is submitted. Please allow at least 10-days from the receipt by our customer service team of your request for final decision of your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
